Services Pre-Construction

Methuen Construction provides initial site visit and an extensive pre-construction evaluation for all projects. These services include, but are not limited to, project scheduling, cost estimating, value engineering, construction phasing, constructability review, weekly design review meetings with the owner, input from key subcontractors as to building systems, and means & methods of construction.
