Buzzards Bay ETR Water Treatment System - Buzzards Bay, MA
This project provided construction services for the Extraction, Treatment, and Reinjection water treatment process at the Otis Air National Guard Base. The ETR system is designed to extract the groundwater from a series of extraction well vaults in specified locations around the Base. The groundwater is then treated through a series of granulated carbon filtration tanks set inside a new filtration facility. This water is then pumped back into the ground through reinjection vaults. The plant is designed to process approximately 4000 Gallons Per Minute during maximum operation.
