Methuen Construction removed existing equipment and relocated critical equipment to a temporary location without interfering with normal plant operations. The company also installed a new ACTIFLO system that meets EPA requirements. Additionally, Methuen Construction self-performed all excavation, backfill and construction of the ACTIFLO and Headworks buildings.
