Winthrop Modular Air Handling Units - Winthrop, MA
Methuen Construction was contracted by the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority to provide two custom built stainless steel modular outdoor Air Handling Units that are 24’H x 25’L and shipped in 2 pieces. Each unit provides conditioned outside air to Class 1 Division 2 spaces at the Deer Island Treatment Plant. The project included removal of existing equipment, design and fabrication of the units, safely rigging the units for installation, extending the air ducts where necessary, and installation of all electrical connections and panels.
