Leading with Safety - Continuous Improvement

Tony Babicz was recently recognized for contributing to the continuous improvement of Methuen Construction's safety program. Tony brought forth the idea of creating a PPE chart that goes into each toolbox for Teammates to reference and remind them of what PPE and safety protocols are required for each tool they will be utilizing. Moving forward, the PPE charts will now be found in each individual toolbox for Teammates to review prior to using a tool and will be posted in each jobsite trailer.
