Leading with Safety - Teammate Addresses Unsafe Behavior

Ron Walk was recently recognized for identifying and addressing an unsafe behavior. Ron was on a project delivering materials when he observed a subcontractor jumping off the back of a flatbed truck while unloading materials. Ron addressed the subcontractor and explained that jumping from the truck bed could easily result in an injury. We thank Ron for adopting the "see something, say something" mentality to help ensure everyone returns home safely at the end of the day!
