Manchester Merrimack River Water Treatment Plant Groundbreaking

The groundbreaking ceremony for the $40 million Manchester Water Works pump station and water treatment plant on the Merrimack River in Hooksett, NH was held on May 24. This project will supplement the efforts of Water Works to provide up to 3.1 million gallons of water a day to communities south of Manchester, including Windham, Plaistow, Hampstead and Salem.
