Leading with Safety: Silica Compliance

Bill Aspinall was recently recognized for addressing a safety concern with his onsite management team. After Bill attended Methuen's Safety Bootcamp, he learned that HEPA vacuums with a built-in cleaning mechanism are required for silica activities. After returning to the job site, Bill realized the site did not have the appropriate vacuum system for silica-related activities. Bill shared what he learned at the Bootcamp with the onsite Superintendent and ensured a new vacuum was procured for the project site. We appreciate Bill taking what he learned in the Bootcamp and using that knowledge to help educate others!
