2021 ABC NH/VT Chairman's Award, Peirce Island WWTF

For the first time in company history, Methuen Construction was awarded the prestigious Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) NH/VT Chairman's Award for the successful completion of the 4.5 year Peirce Island Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade project. The upgrade to the facility has already made a significant environmental impact for the City of Portsmouth, reducing the amount of nitrogen being released into the river by 85 percent.
